English description :
I need an iphone application for my personal medical billing
I want to be able to take a picture of a card imprint and retrieve the patient info ( Name, birth date, medical insurance number, )
Once identified, I want to choose from a small database of codified medical acts ( either check boxes, sliding menu or manual input ) to enter billing medical act for that patient ) I can input more than one activity per patient. The time of the activity can be entered automatically or manually afterwards.
At the end of my shift, I need to have a detailed billing report
Shift detail ( date, place, type of activity ) , for that shift, for each patient seen.
Date xx/xx/xx time from xx:00 Hr to XX-Hr place ER ``X`` Type Emergency
Name birth date medical insurance number Billing Detail Exam 1 , Time
medical act 1 , time
