I'm seeking an experienced mobile app developer proficient in React Native. The main purpose of this project is to establish an e-commerce platform compatible with both Android and iOS devices.

Key features that are needed include:

1. User Authentication: The app should allow users to register and log into their accounts, maintaining a secure and personal environment throughout.

2. Push Notifications: To stimulate user engagement, the app should have the capability to consistently send push notifications to users, especially relating to updates, offers, or other e-commerce related news.

Please note the app is required to be developed and configured in one language only.

A solid understanding of React Native is necessary, as well as past involvement in e-commerce related application development for a successful bid. A proven track record showing attention to detail, timely delivery, and expertise in integrating user authentication and push notification features is highly recommended.
