Finish an existing iPad App for business

iMinutz is an iPad application to improve efficiency of meetings. It includes creating the agenda, writing the minutes and following up on the tasks. It has been developed on Xcode and is currently in Version 1.1, but not in the apple store at the moment.
The software needs to be tested and being put on the store. Then a version 2.0 should be developed with design improvement.
