Modify existing website for Adsense to make $20+ a day

THE HARD WORK HAS ALREADY BEEN DONE

I have several great websites for a particular gaming niche. They were developed to send traffic to a very successful online forum, but there’s really no reason why they shouldn’t be paying for themselves via Google Adsense. So I’m looking for a developer with vast Adsense experience to add Adsense to these sites and optimize them so that each website makes a minimum of $20 USD a day in income.

I’m viewing this first website project as a test, and if successful, it would lead to similar projects for 8 additional sites.

In your PM, please include examples of your work, screenshots of Adsense accounts you developed that have generated at least $10 daily, and a brief description of how to accomplish this project.

Remember, the hard work has already been done. The sites are already well designed and driving traffic.

DOs:

1. You need to advise me on whether to port the sites from HTML/PHP to WordPress.

2. If porting is recommended, you need to install the latest version of WordPress on my server and “port” the existing design as much as possible.

3. Content tweaking – All content is original, but stale. You must update the content and ensure that all articles are over 350 words and otherwise fully optimized, which might include creating new articles to cover better keywords/search terms. Proper English spelling and grammar are required.

4. Establish a way for an additional article to be added each week automatically.

5. Traffic is expected to be 90% from Google, Bing, or Yahoo (it already is, so this should be easy!).

DON’Ts

1. Absolutely NO black or gray hat methods can be used to build traffic. No paid traffic or auto bots, no paid links of any kind. I would prefer no automated linking of any kind.

2. NO violation of any aspect of the Adsense Terms of Service, most especially no click fraud.

Milestones:

- ½ to be released once the site makes $20/day over a 15 day period.

- ½ to be released once the first Google payment has been received and cleared for 7 days.

- I’m happy to offer a 20% bonus for any amount earned over $20 per day for the first two months. At plan, $20/day x 60 days = $1200 from Adsense. That’s the minimum expected. But if the site earns $1700 in 60 days, you will get a $100 bonus payment (20% x $500 = $100)

Additional details

- The website will use my Google Adsense and Analytics accounts. Updates and reports to be provided to you weekly or upon request.

- Please ask questions before bidding so that your bid will be as accurate as possible.

- The project will be awarded based on price and proposal. I do not always go with the lowest bidder. I do not work with freelancers who offer one sentence bids.

- Just a reminder that all traffic and ad clicks must be 100% White Hat. I will be unable to pay otherwise because I will have lost my Adsense account!
