Looking to hire a Wix and Adobe Sign expert for two or three hours

Project Brief: I have designed a WIX website but I would like a professional to take it to the next level:
1. Embed three AdobeSign forms
2. Review each page for flaws and suggest improvements
3. I receive an email when the site is visited. How do I secure the email address for the visitor
4. Improve carousels and Relationship page (carrier logos are not sized correctly)
5. Make certain Virtual Meeting request is working correctly
6. Make certain cell phone version is correct
7. Any tips or tricks to share for managing the site?
8. Publish
