Dotmailer email template

We need a new email design coded into a Dotmailer email template. The email should work across most common email clients ([login to view URL], Hotmail, Gmail desktop, Gmail Android, Gmail iOS, OS email iOS etc), and also be responsive as specified in the mobile design.

The freelancer will need to have experience of using Dotmailer specifically, and be expected to login to our Dotmailer account to create the email template directly. Once the work is complete the Dotmailer template will be available for use. Several elements in the design will need to be re-usable, so we'll need Dotmailer building blocks creating from them.

Detailed specs

* Fonts use are all Dotmailer-friendly fonts and should work in all email browsers

* Exact colours to be used as per the PSD

* Header section:

** ‘We’ve handpicked’ intro and the date to be editable text

* The newsletter is designed to have different sector content sections – e.g. Accounting, ** Audit & Tax / Investment & Asset Management

Each of these sections need a ‘More’ to the right hand side, which should be editable

** Within each section, there are three different content ‘blocks’ (and we could have one to many)

*** Opportunity block: (as per the first block on the PSD). Requires a logo and the ‘Add to Calendar’ green button

*** Event block: (as per the third block on the PSD). Requires a logo and the ‘Add to Calendar’ green button

*** Advice block: (as per the fourth block on the PSD). Requires a picture as per the size in the PSD

* The final block, called ‘PICK OF THE WEEK’

** This is optional and therefore should be created as a ‘block’ that you can drag and drop into the template if you require it

** Template needs to be able to work without it and with it

** All text needs to be editable

* Footer – all text to be editable here

* Certain links should be coded into the template as these won’t change on a week by week basis

* Footer - Social Icons

* ‘Email not looking bright’ link – there is a field in Dotmailer to assign to this
