Web development: provide a two-page template for a website

I need to update an site ([login to view URL]) to make it very similar to [login to view URL] I'd like the following:
1. A home page that closely resembles the site above, including the sliding images and dropdown menu.
2. A second page that we'll use as a template for the rest of the site. The page should have the same header, including menu, as the home page. It should also include a page title (for example on [login to view URL] the text "Group Fitness Classes")
The server supports PHP.
