Update Open cart Site & update crawler

Update [login to view URL] Theme. I WILL NOT pay any extra to change site to word press. There are already 1k items on the site and I do not want to pay to transfer them over to a word press. If you want to do for free and start site over that is up to you. If you want to work with a whole new theme that is fine as well. Again I just don't want to pay more for other product costs.
Theme needs to be updated. It doesn't look good. I have attached a Powerpoint of how to update site. Also needs to have fixes made. When hover over photos of products they disappear for example. The site is all in English Pounds. It needs to be US.
Cart needs to be updated to link to Paypal. Shipping prices need to be figured out.
Logo needs to be updated.
Jpeg sizes may need to be adjusted. They come in as fuzzy. I'm trying to get some new jpegs now for some items.
The site crawls another site daily, I'll tell you the site later. It changes items to being in stock or not being in stock. It also changes the price of my stock. The current crawler is PHP. It just needs to be upgraded to open cart.
ALL customer information needs to be brought over to Open cart site. It is all on the backend of my old PHP site. I need address's, emails, phone numbers, and past orders.
I will have two milestones. One for COMPLETELY finishing the site and the second for finishing the crawler.
