Rust Gambling Site

I am looking for someone to create and design a skin gambling site for the game Rust. This site will include a jackpot and coinflip system where users can bet their skins against one another. These skins will be deposited through steam by trading their items to one of our steam bots. The price for each skin will be generated by Steam API and their community market prices. I also would like it to be fully designed with a "night sky" backround with stars. I also want to be able to see a design and make a few changes until it is at my liking. I would also like tabs for the following: Leaderboards, FAQ, TOS, Support, and Provably Fair. Also I would like to be able to press on users names and have a popup that shows their amount deposited, amount won, and their steam profile link. The site must also have a chat for all to use. You MUST have experience with steam gambling sites and steam API. Otherwise, DONT make a proposal!

The site must include:

-Jackpot and coinflip system

-A coded and functioning Steam trade bot

-Fully designed site (to my liking)

-A customized URL

-A working chat for all users

-Tabs for Leaderboards, FAQ, TOS, Provably Fair, Support

-A profile popup for each user when you click their icon in chat
