Need a logo designer - From Phillipines! - To help med design logos from time to time

First of all - you need to be from the Philippines. My whole team is from there.
We have a small team of designers and developers. But we dont have a logo-expert. From time to time we have clients needing great looking logos. Right now we have a client like that.
I need to find and expert logo designer to cooperate with. So that he/she can design/redesign logos when we get that kind of jobs.
This person needs to be excellent at designing logos. I already have designers that can do logos, but we need one thats really excellent at it.
