Magento Theme Integration and Complete Customization

Hi ,

This task is to integrate magento theme and customize full theme on both frontend and backend . I will provide list of customization.

add link url on product page of a specific image .

add contact form on CMS page ( 2 Pages) with background image, and browse button so customer can upload there image and send to us , and one copy will be sent to customer itself .

install payment gateway - EBS i have payment gateways file we need integrate it

add 10% additional charge if customers want to use paypal , should be displayed on checkout. Total extra calculated price should be displayed to customer .

add calculated delivery date , We need a block in 2 different category which display calculated date , Example , if customers visits category number 21 he will see that delivery date is 10 days later from today , and if customers visit category he will see that delivery date is 30 days later from today .

Our Budget is $250 and time frame is 5 days .

We need a experienced magento developer.
