What Needs To Be Done:

We need to replicate this wheel that is located on this page ([url removed, login to view]) using html5 or SVG coding. With this, we need the text that is currently centered on the wheel. This needs to be responsive and has to have the same CSS effects that are on the previous wheel.

Summary of what needs to be done:

Responsive

Text on old wheel needs to be the same ([url removed, login to view])

Code needs to be HTML5 or SVG.

Needs to be an exact replica of the one located on [url removed, login to view] (right side of the page)

DO NOT use coordinates to allow for items to work (like the old wheel)

What Is Done Already:

I have the SVG circle already made with the content populating around the circle. If you find it easier to use HTML5, please do. We want to avoid ALL instances of coordinates (how the old one was made).

I will include all of the files in this (folder named SVG-Wheel-Project). Reference the [url removed, login to view] file for a live view of what was done already.
