Graphic Designer / Brochure Creation

I would like to create what is in essence a lengthy brochure. I will attach a sample of what I am going for. You should not recreate this exactly but rather use it as a guideline. I want something more modern and creative than what I am attaching. The text itself can be the same as what I am attaching as I will be updating it in the future. What I require:
- Any images used must be royalty free and may be used for commercial use
- I will provide a link to several dozen images that I have stored for usage if you want to use them
- Any images used must be high resolution and suitable for printing.
- The 'brochure' I am making is for a corporate / office environment and I want this to be sleek, modern, a very high-end feel
- You do not have to use icons unless they fit your design. If you do use them they must be 100% original and I want a copy of them in an editable, lossless resolution format
- The file may be provided in powerpoint - I want a copy designed BOTH horizontally and another vertically (the material is the same but reformatted for each vertical and horizontal)
- Everything in the powerpoint must be editable so that I may make updates
- Everything provided must be original and cannot be reused for any other project
