Front end web development, must know Bootstrap and wordpress very well

I'm looking for a web developer that knows Bootstrap and Wordpress very well. I need you to fix a problem with my site that's most likely related to javascript errors but when the dropdown is no longer in a hover state, it stays down even though the mouse has left the target area. Also I have a paid theme that recently stopped allowing shortcodes to work. I want that feature to work again but it's no longer supported by the people who originally created it. I have lots of other various CSS tasks that need to be done. I also have some websites I need to convert from PSDs to Wordpress themes/sites. Multi-site experience is a also a plus. I also have some emails that need to be converted to responsive templates.
