Zikher is an financial technology startup that provides small banks (credit unions, community and regional) these two products:
1. Online Account Opening: Solution 1: Zikher’s OAO platform helps these small banks to automate and streamline the loan, mortgage and account opening process starting from the customer to the back-end of loan/account process by connecting directly to the bank’s on-boarding system. Zikher will also provide instant application access to approved third party vendors for document verification purposes. With real-time data on everyone’s fingertips this automation of the process will rapidly increase the efficiency by cutting time needed to process the application to one-fourth.
2. Analytics: Zikher’s proprietary analytics algorithms will help the institution with upselling and cross-selling other products to their customer with “one click” by matching the previously created customer profile to other services banks offer essentially making them pre-approved. This will generate new sales leads for the banks, hence increasing bank’s assets and profits.
