Comprehensive HR Employee Portal Development

I'm in need of an experienced web developer to create a website for my start-up HR business. I'd like to have some information on a few pages about my services, but also some key functionality as i acquire customers:
* Employee Portal focused on self-service functionalities - my customers employees should be able to log into a portal that sits off mine - where they can access policies/content and also be able to click on a link to ask a question
* Ability to schedule events online
* Ability to accept payments
* Ability to obtain details for downloads of my free information (so i have leads)
The successful candidate should have a proven track record in developing intuitive, user-friendly interfaces and complex back-end processes.
Depending upon growth and requirements i may need to link to an HRIS at some point - so some knowledge of HRIS or other CRMs would be useful.
Ideal Skills and Experience:
- Web Development.
- HR Software Implementation.
- User Interface (UI) and User Experience (UX) Design.
- Database Integration and Management.
Your proposal should provide a clear outline of how you plan to implement these requirements, along with samples of related work completed. Please provide ongoing hosting and maintenance details.
