Build a Website

I need a web for where I can enter the below details :

1. Candidate Name

2. Contact Number

3. Educational Qualification

4. Current Company

5. Previous Company

6. Current CTC

7. Expected CTC

8. Notice Period

9. Industry

10. Functionality

And can upload the profile on web and can perform the search using above parameter and keyword search in resume.

When I download a particular resume I should look like in attached format

User can also download into excel the parameter which they have to enter...
