o Make online payment for fees charged
• The general users should be able to:
o Search for any organisation using various defined criteria
o Make online payment using ATMcard or make payment by direct deposit to defined bank account and submitting the payment details online
o Download filtered data after confirmation of payment
o Send request to organisation of choice through the portal
• Any member of the organisation can as well
o Place a request to the managing organisation
o Source for membership to any other organisation
