I'm looking for experienced professionals who can create a job board. The ideal match for that project would be someone who has previous experience on a similar project.
For the first phase I would like to create simple enough website with CMS where you have the following features:
-candidate login/profile
-employer login/profile
-search engine to be able to look for suitable job within site (drop down + word search)
-ability to apply for a job (candidate)
-ability to see jobs applied for (candidate)
-ability to see applicants (employer)
-pay gate for employer (credit/debit card/paypal/etc)
-administrator login to be able to turn on/turn off individual package (if tailor-made package created for the client)
The site needs to be able to store CV's which are added to database. If it grows to big enough number, the next step would be to sell ability of searching that CV database to the clients.
I don't know what's required within language, framework, etc. I would prefer someone who has previous experience from similar project and knows what is the optimum choice to make it happen.
