I need a date picker implemented within a form that I'm creating in Squarespace. The Date picker should pop up when you select a product, which then will allow you to choose the date (the date for your product pickup), and then allow to submit it. Once it's submitted then a secondary form will pop up. The date chosen will need to attach the date somehow to the form that pops up afterward to show what date you're going to pickup the product you've purchased.
