The European Federation of Geologists (EFG) invites interested parties to submit a tender for the development of a website within the scope of the EU-funded INFACT project (grant agreement no: 776487). The overall design and colour choice should be adapted to the project logo and templates that are currently being developed by the project team.
The tender shall be based on the terms of reference specified in the attached document and provide a detailed outline of the services offered, a breakdown of the total costs, references to third-party software, products or services the tenderer intends to use and references to similar services provided by the tenderer previously.
The website should be flexible and allow future extension of its functionality, as required. The website shall be launched by 9 February 2018.
The tenderer is kindly asked to include an optional bid to also host the website, in case the tenderer offers such service.
The project foresees an overall budget of 2.500€ for the development of the project website and its various features (excluding web hosting).
