Build a Basic Website to store flight reference code and flight details in User specific account

Build a program where an user can enter a 6-digit flight reservation code and get all his flight reservation data. The project should comply with two key requirements:
1) FUNCTIONALITY: As a first stage, I want to emulate what is already existing. Use the following site as a reference to understand the "functionality expected"

Guess you would need to find some travel agency API to pull reservation information, so please make me a suggestion.
2) EXPECTED LOOK: My plan is to keep the data in a good looking dynamic style, check the following websites which I like for reference. I believe it is Java together with MySQL.

If this first step is properly done, then I want to add features which I would discuss for a second stage (separate project).
Note:
- All source code to be openly shared during the development (Github or other)
- Funds to be released once the basic functionality is checked
- User enters 6-digit reservation code and lastname and gets travel information automatically
- User able to create and save the travel reservation
- Provide encrypted safety for user personal data.
