I would like you to design only homepage with excellent design quality

I need this done Today!! Please use similar colour scheme so the homepage design matches rest of the website and doesn't look odd.

But I want the home page re design and i want it to look professional, Attractive and great! It will be later converted to fluid layout using bootstrap by our Developer. Thank you!
