Mandala Flower Design T-shirt

I need a design created for a mens clothing line. I have attached a picture for reference. I want something like the mandala flower in this picture (one color only) but with two arrows (the other picture I have attached) crossing behind it. Also, no logo in the middle of the flower. I also need the words Oblivious Threads below the design, but this could be done after everything else. Everything has to be grouped together so that I can easily change the color of the design with little experience in illustrator. The design must be handed to me in both illustrator and Photoshop formats.
If you are awarded this project, I will have a contract for you to sign that says all rights to the design are mine once payment is received, You must sign this and send it back to me. I look forward to working with you!
