Word Press Design - CSO

I need a wordpress theme for a celebrity blog I have. I actually have three, but I am breaking the project into three bids because of my past history with work load.

Many commit to handle big projects, and simply can't. They provide unrealistic due dates, and then fall behind. Point blank, I am easy to work for if you give realistic due dates, complete your work, do not talk to me like I am a designer, or a programmer, and I do not have to baby sit you.

For example:

1. If you fall behind, and I have to take my time to track you down and get progress, or make you do your work. We are going to have issues, and I am not a nice guy.

2. I am all about business. You want to be paid 100%, and I need my work done 100%.

3. If it's going to take longer, say so. It doesn't mean I will not use you.

4. Do not give me bare bones pricing, then think you are going to nickel and dime me through the project. I can tell you I will just hire someone else, and you will not be paid.

Lastly, I am looking for designer, and programmers who can do the work. I have about 12 projects we have done so far this year. I have 6 more I am accepting bids on for various levels of completion, and bigger projects coming up this year. So work load is not an issue. YOU being up to task, knowing what you are doing, and being able to commit to getting things done is.

Frankly, if you say it will be done two weeks from Tuesday. It had better be done in that time frame. Your communication skills must be good, and you have to be patient. Let me repeat, I AM NOT A PROGRAMMER, so your techie jargon means nothing to me. I expect the work done, and to my specs. That is it.

Now, back to this project. I need hollywood or celebrity themed wordpress themes. So you need some creativity. Hollywood sign, celebrity gossip, whatever. Should you get all three projects, they must look completely differnet. I do not want to see carbon copies of the same crap. I want completely different layouts. URL will be provided on request. I do not want them in the search engines as often happens in RAC bids.

## Deliverables

Design must look, and work, the same in ALL BROWSERS. If it does not, you do not get paid.
