4 page Brochure required for real estate company

Required Brochure ... 80% text 20% graphics/photos.... will start with 4 page but may extend to six pages depending on quality of design.
The Brochure will be for a real estate advisory company describing services, about us, our team, our locations etc.
Certain theme required: Blue and Red in accordance with logo and website.
If this project is a success, we will also give website redesign (creative look), SEO, Social Media Advertising, Arabic Logo etc.
YOU Must have some experience with the Arabic Language as each page will have 2 collumns, one in English and one in Arabic.
We wish to build a long term relationship with the winner as we require regular servicing of the website, or adding new information or giving new look, etc.

Also, we do not pay money upfront. We pay at the final stage and as mentioned previously if the designer is creative and experienced we will maintain a good business relationship (long term).
