We are looking for a long term writer for our recipe series. The ideal candidate would have excellent English writing skills.
Each recipe book concentrates on a specific ingredient/regional. You will be required to write an intriguing introduction/history/background about the recipes/ingredients.
You will be required to do 25++ recipes per book and also required to write the book's description and introduction.
The ingredients in the book must be in US measurements (cups/oz/tbsp/tsp) and the book must come with a good name, a good description and a good introduction. The description and introduction would need to be written separately. All recipes would need to have their own introduction/history/background. All content in the book must be original, error free, and 100% grammatically accurate.
In summary, we are looking for someone who loves to write about recipes and cookbooks. Each book will have 25++ recipes and its own description and introduction. Each recipe in the book will have its own introduction/history/background.
Attached is the list of cookbooks we are looking for. If you can write any of them or some topics related or similar to them, that would be an advantage. If you can't, that's not a problem. Feel free to submit the recipes you can and want to write and we can further discuss.
