- shows charts to represent data

- data and chart should be easily viewable and accessible while presenting to an audience

- must be able to edit data and the graph should reflect data changes in real time and in an animated and eye-appealing way

- show working examples

- The qualified developer must have samples of similar past work.

- past work must demonstrate data being changed and some visual representation of data reflecting the change in realtime.

- The preferred technology for this type of application includes, but is not limited to, FLEX.

- Using the tool in Powerpoint is a plus but not a requirement.

Whoever is selected to do this concept design, will be the lead candidate to win the main project from a fortune 500 company.
