Fun Banner Design with Monkey

I am looking for a kick a$s designer in flash or photoshop to make a few banners - animated gif & flash. We would like to do alot of them so this would be an ongoing project, also we need that choosen one to design avatars and icons for forums etc. For people to have in their signature and so on.

Designer needs to understand the concept and be quick and effective in gaining attention. Please contact us.

Also if you are good with flash, thats a bonus, please no cheesy stuff. We have the characters in Flash File ready for you to work with in Vectors. If you want, you can even animate him.
