Social Media Marketing

We're looking for someone with experience in the world of social media to drive traffic to our site by organic means only (meaning, no use of ads). That individual also needs to leverage creative ways (such as posting in Facebook groups and/or finding specific twitter searches) to identify relevant audience and offer them our service.
At this point, we're looking for someone to take on 4-5 hours a week (around 15-20 hours per month). If we'll find the right person for the job, hiring could be long term and the pay could increase.
