Take multiple *.csv files and merge the files. The files are exports from contacts in iPhone(s) and Microsoft Outlook 2013 using Google Business Apps.

The finished project should be a single *.csv file that can be imported to Outlook 2013 to update / replace all contacts.

(1) The file should match the attached template. All formatting should match standard United States English standards. Microsoft Outlook 2013 is the environment. The formats should be as follows:

1. Naming convention - should be a single first name, middle initial and last name - example Bob M. Smith A number in the name or special character is not acceptable. The first letter of the first and last name should be capitalized and then all other letters lower case. The middle initial is capital followed by a period ".". If there is a Title then it should be Dr. or Mr. or Mrs. or Ms. or Miss. etc. There should never be a Title without an ending "." period.

2. Address should be in the following format - #, ##, ###, ####, or ###### and Street Address, Suite ###, or #### Example – 1234 Main Street, Suite 200 or 12345 Main Avenue, Suite 2000 Never should there be another format and Avenue, Street, etc should always be completely typed out.

3. Zip code should be ##### or #####-#### Never another format.

4. State should be typed out in Full. Example – TX should be Texas or CA should be California

5. Country should be typed out completely. United States of America

6. If the address is listed twice or if the home is the same as the work address, please delete duplicates and leave only a WorkAddress. The default would be the WorkAddress data.

7. Every cell should use a uniform standard and prior to beginning the project we ask that you submit a proposed sample of how you would ultimately deliver a sample of rows/data. We will approve the sample.

8. Questions should be submitted at this time as well. Uniform standards are expected.

9. Cells / Columns that are phone numbers should be in the following format only (###) ###-#### If there is an extension then please add that extension in Column AG or the Business Phone 2 Column.

10. Anniversary (column AX) should be blank. Delete all anniversary cells.

11. Birthday (column BA) should be a date later than 01/01/1960. If before delete, if later than that date and a valid date please leave the data in the cell.

12. Email addresses should be listed one time. If a duplicate is listed in email 2 then please delete. Column BF, BG should remain in all cases. BI should show only Firstname and Lastname but never the email address. SMTP should be the default.

13. Column CD should be Normal, CE should be FALSE and CH should be Normal.

14. Please remove all duplicates and any questions regarding the data need to be directed to us in a single file listing question. Excel format of questions should be sent prior to starting the project.

15. Optional – use a script to test phone numbers and email addresses so we can confirm the emails are working emails and the phone numbers are working as well. Any test must be done so as to not interrupt the person or contact them directly.

The finished product is a single *.csv file that matches the template format exactly. No columns can be deleted only data removed, cleaned up or formatted. All data must comply with US standards for formatting when in question. Capital letters start each name, city, state, etc. Thank you
