Repair Excel Dialog boxes and Macros

I have an Excel Estimating program that uses Macros to pull data from a hidden workbook to an Estimating template workbook. The Macros use dialog boxes that seem to be unsupported in the latest excel 360 versions but worked well in the past. These are failing and require workarounds every time excel goes through updates. I would like to modernize the application with user forms instead of dialog boxes. I am up for suggestions with how to fix this issue as I would like to repair this usefull tool.
