In need a Vitual assistant proficient in Sheets, google cal and Trello

Good day,

I require help with running specific tasks related to several subjects.

We run in Trello for task organization, Google Calendar for scheduling, Google Sheets for invoicing, and client management.

The Company runs in 3 different capacities

Vedemi Music:

Imports of Books from Europe

Sales online through a South African company like Amazon

Admin Services for artist relations

Club Studios

Recording and Filming services

Teaching services

Drum Above

Freelance Recording and live shows

Drum lessons

Streaming Services

Each one of these areas has its own sense of what needs to be done and there are systems that the assistant can work within.

What will the assistant need to do?

Vedemi Music

Manage imports and relay with all the steps for getting the packages and order items to our premises.

Manage Courier services for the items to get to the customer

Manage orders and The Online Services sales

Sales sheets for-profit vs loss on the platform.

Orders to the supplier in South Africa for items sold by us to a customer, invoicing client, and then sending the item to the client.

Club Studios



Customer Statements

Client follow-ups if payment has not been done.

Understanding the clients' needs (This will take time to learn, as there will be necessary linguistics to understand and utilise)

Managing Sales / Bookings with clients on Calendar.

Sending statements to clientele

Managing Teachers and clients and emails.

Make sure to pay contractors and what they are owed.

Drum Above

Managing Students, the statements, entering exams and sending them the work progress, which will be explained in Training.

Invoicing is automated for the monthly clients, but there are one-off clients and also clients who need to be invoiced once they have completed a certain amount of lessons.

Freelance drumming invoicing.

Youtube and Social media handling, video uploads, and video management

Overall of this will be Trello management and checking in on cards that need to be followed up.

That is a basic breakdown of all the work that needs to be done for the project.

Down the line (budget permitting) to do SEO and Marketing for the companies and online website management,
