need a excel spreadsheet built with VBA and Buttons

I need the attached excel spreadsheet built to send not in good order notifications to my clients. I need the email to to be sent in a way where if there are several service request numbers under one client then one email that lists out all service request numbers along with the account number, the reject reason, and what is needed to correct the rejection. I also need the spreadshet to auto populate the action needed simply by clicking on what the rejection notice is.
for example:
If the rejection reason is need TOA form then the action should be linked to the cell next to it, which is the action needed answer. Provide us with the transfer of asset form.
