Excel Template to Create a Report and Visual

Service Desk Report - Report is produced from excel export which comes out of planner. I will provide requiremets for templare and sample raw data. Raw output will show task in progress, task completed, assigned to person, status (in-progress, not started and completed) from this create a new tab/worksheet that will be a cleaner summary of data.
Skill requires MS Excel formula expert skills and visuals that make sense. Small task so rate is fixed at $10
