Hello, my name is Sergio. I am a critical care medicine Doctor working in Newham University Hospital in London.

I have a excel spreadsheet (please, find attached) that is intended to record the medical information of the patients admitted in the intensive care department of Newham University Hospital. It was developed by a excel expert online but it is not in use yet due to problems to run them on the computers of the unit.

I need an excel expert that could complete the job and make it run. For that It would be necessary to meet me at the Hospital.
