I have a an xlsx file which updates dynamically on the server based on other excel sheets. I need to copy the values from the xlsx sheet and create a new CSV file from the entries, then at the end of the xlsx sheet there are entries which are '0'. These need to be removed and not copied into the csv file.

I need this program to execute every hour in order to update the csv file to the latest information once per hour. The CSV must be overwritten every time the program executes so that the csv file is always the latest update.
