Assistance with Push Notifications on [login to view URL] project

I have a solution which I need assistance with. The solution is written in [login to view URL] in Visual Studio. Everything works fine with push notifications on IOS but Android is not working properly. I’m using the GitHub solution here:

It uses Firebase for the Android push notifications. I need assistance troubleshooting the problem as I’m at my wits end trying to fix the problem. I know I had it working at one point but unsure where the problem is coming in. If you win the project I will have you TeamViewer into my PC and I’ll work with you directly on the problem. Strong English skills are required.
