In need of mailchinp expert to create sign up buttons to download files

Hi,
I am in need of someone to create 8 subscription buttons which once they press subscribe a downloadable PDF then automatically downloads. I have tried but can not get this to work. The 8 subscription buttons need to go to separate lists but then also into one combined list.
