Hosting and Management of Drupal Website

We are looking for an independent developer or small firm to take on our current DRUPAL website: both manage and Host. Our current developer has taken-on a 1-year contract with a company and cannot be available on a regular basis. We need to transfer our existing site to a new developer / company.
We will design the front end in In-Design and send visuals for each page / menu / header footer etc.
— Help with back end development in the beginning to transition for current developer
— Host the website on your server
— We want the ability to post new work ourselves, but periodically be available to change / update website back end to add new functionality
— Help create independent client portals (multiple) so we can upload client specific work there (renderings, downloadable pdf's its) A mini-website, password protected.
