thanks for all your bidings and your time. Since Im a freelancer too I'll try to explain my logic to select the winner bidder:
1. Follow the project requirements
2. Accuracy of the data sended in the demo file
3. Bidding order by time.
With this I make a candidate list, Im sending a message to the possible winner, if he dont respond in some time (looking his time zone) I'll send the message to the next one in the list and loop :)
