Do some Excel Work

We are looking for freelancers with intermediate level of skill set on using Microsoft Excel and any kind of Image Editor preferably Adobe Photoshop.
What needs to be accomplished:
1) Copy necessary data from source file to the sample file (provided).
2) Get appropriate image from google drive, resize and insert into right part no. row/ column.
3) Out of two, one file should have all the images and image hyperlink without any logo or watermark. And Create same file with watermark on images and hyperlinks to the watermark images.
4) Need to remove any logo or watermark from the images if clear image is not available to accomplish the Clear file (Excel file images with no logo or watermark).
5) Need to put watermark on the images if no watermark for the Watermark file (Excel file where images have watermark).
6) The first Excel Data file has approximately 150 rows and 19 column.
6) Please advise us your desired compensation.
