Macro Copy and Paste Excel

Hi. I actually have a program in RStudio that writes stuff inside an Excel workbook. Since the formatting get erased everytime I run the code, I need an additional spreadsheet that copy and paste values from the "working spreadsheet", for keeping the formatting. The formatting I need is a color-changing cell backgroujd depending on the value of the cell. Basically, even a noob can do this job in 30 minutes.
