We are looking to hire a team or someone for long-term contractual work to research the web and compile a list of prospects (real estate brokerages). You will also have to identify if the real estate brokerage fits the criteria we are looking for.
Below is a list of criteria we will require you to verify when prospecting:
- Must be a residential real estate brokerage (no rental, commercial or developer real estate).
- Brokerage must have their own website (not the head office & no subdomain website ).
- Brokerage must have a newly / up-to-date website design.
- Brokerage must have a minimum of 50+ agents.
- Will need Brokerage name, City, main telephone#, website URL.
All information such as the US state, Canadian province we are targeting or any other specific details will be discussed through private message. We will also be supplying you a 20 min video to learn exactly how to do this job properly.
