Now here are some clear guidelines:
The more important component for this data entry exercise is the service/fees component. I need information on the types of services/fees they offer. Some companies do not charge fees for a particular service, so it means that you don't need to put anything in there other than "Not applicable" or "None." Similarly, for services that the property management firms are not offering, you can simply include "Not applicable" or "None." Some of which will be available via online sources, others may not.
However, the researcher should be able to include the website - and please select the best 10-15 companies that you think, is very relevant to this search. Here are samples of companies you can look into:
