Data entry via remote access through internet connection. Data will be gathered from various websites that we will provide to you and the information will be typed into Microsoft Excel. Attention to detail is a must! Each database entry will include 5 items (First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address, URL address of website), which will be typed into an Excel file. We have 1,000 entries that need to be done. I will supply you a few website directory lists where you will gather the contact data. Approximately 50% of the links contained within the website directory will lead to dead-ends (website / pages with no contact information). I would estimate that it takes about an hour to do 20 data entries. This slow speed is due to the fact that you will need to browse to each website, find the contact page and then “copy & paste” the First Name, Last Name, Company Name, Email Address and URL address of the website into the Excel file. It would also be helpful if you have a high-speed internet connection. If you perform this job well, there will be more work in future.
