I am looking for someone who can do automated searching and data collection from a specific website: [login to view URL]
***warning: the website in question is very slow***
In particular, I want to capture the number of “starred” and “unstarred” questions ("question type") that each MP in the list (“member name”) asks of each ministry (“ministry name”) in a given calendar year (“answer date” from:/to: ) and process the results using whatever method necessary to render them in a manner similar to that displaced in the attached excel file (see attached).
For example:
For “unstarred” questions in the year 2000 (between dates 24.02.2000 – 22.12.2000)

In total there are 545 individual MPs and 52 different ministries which will require 56,680 data points for both types of questions.
I would like to perform this collection for four different sessions of parliament for a total of 226,720 data points.
