Auto save worksheet + dialogue box before quit -- 2

I have a macro routine that register log date/time in the leftside cell of cell updated, then lock it. I need to add another routine to save automatically worksheet each time this happens.

Then, if user quit the worksheet a msg dialogue must pop up asking for a question (yes/no ANSWERS). If user select yes, date/time log should be registered somewhere in the sheet, lock it, then can quit.

This is urgent for next 4 hours, pls don`t bid if you can`t proceed within this time. Thanks.
