We are a USA based company looking for additional professional virtual assistant(s) to help with our retail internet company. We have 16 wonderful employees in India, Phillippines, Dominican Republic and US working with us long term as VA's. As we continue to grow and succeed as a business they do better personally as well. We are looking for the next member of our team.
The successful candidate will have the following skills and infrastructure:
- Perfect spoken English (we will interview by voice before awarding this project)
- Reliable and on time always
- Experience in B2C business (Ebay and/or Amazon experience is a BIG PLUS!!) Please describe your experience if you have it
- Customer Service Experience including, voice, chat and email. (95% of our work is email and computer. Very little voice and NO Outbound calling or sales of any kind)
- Headset and Skype
- Newer Model Computer with a high speed internet connection
- Self motivated
- Ability to meet deadlines
- Typing skills
- Strong web applications skills and ability to navigate thru several programs to find answers quickly
- Strong Microsoft excel skills
The tasks you will be performing after significant initial and ongoing training will be:
- Clerical and data entry work as assigned
- Take occasional inbound calls
- email find answers and communicate with buyers of our religious jewelry (all faiths)
- Create shipping labels
- Data inputing into our website
- Make changes to listings on EBay or Amazon
The ideal candidate will be and have:
- Female over 23 years of age
- College education
- Previous experience working as a VA
- Experience with Paypal, Ebay,, Amazon, Excel, Skype (a PLUS but not mandatory)
-Excellent newer model computer
-Excellent internet connectivity
We are looking for one initial candidate for immediate start. The hours will be 8 hours per day from 9am to 5pm US Eastern Time, Monday-Friday with little work on the weekends.
When you bid please bid your exact full rate for per month. No add-ons or additional expense beyond the fixed monthly rate will be considered or paid. Also, inform us of your computer year and model as well as your internet bandwidth. If your bid is in the high end of the range it will not be considered
