Scraping email addresses from a website

I require someone who is able to scrape approx 250,000 email addresses from a website and send the list of them to me in an excel spreadsheet.
I don't care how you get them and you can have until the end of the month to complete, however I think that the winner of the project will have some kind of robot to do the job for them!
